
The International Health Partnership and related initiatives (IHP+) seeks to achieve better health results by mobilizing donor countries and other development partners around a single country-led national health strategy, guided by the principles of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and the Accra Agenda for Action. Launched in September 2007, the IHP+ aims to better harmonize donor funding commitments, and improve the way international agencies, donors and developing countries work together to develop and implement national health plans.
Le Partenariat International pour la Santé vise a l'amélioration des résultats de santé a travers une mobilisation des pays donateurs, les partenaires de développement et des agences internationales de santé autour d'une seule stratégie nationale de santé Cette stratégie est guidée par les principes de la Déclaration de Paris sur l'Efficacité d'Aide et a pour but la réalisation des OMDs en matière de la santé. Lancé en Septembre 2007, le Partenariat cherche en particulier a mieux harmoniser les engagements de financement provenant des bailleurs de fonds et a améliorer la manière dont les agences internationales, pays donateurs et les pays en voie de développement travaillent ensemble pour préparer et exécuter les plans nationaux de la santé.
