IHP+ has partners from around the world including developing countries, donor countries and international agencies. They all sign the IHP+ Global Compact and commit to the principles of the 2005 Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and the 2011 Busan Partnership Agreement.

Civil Society Organizations play an important role in IHP+ at country and global level. In addition, IHP+ collaborates with related initiatives: Harmonization for Health in Africa (HHA); Global Health Workforce Alliance (GHWA); Health Metrics Network (HMN); Providing for Health (P4H); and follow up activities of the Commission for Information and Accountability for Women’s and Children’s Health.
